Yoga for MENOPAUSE

Menopause Yoga™ supports women in their 40’s & 50’s going through menopause.

 

Menopause Yoga™  combines specially adapted yoga practice with poses, breathing techniques, and mindful meditation exercises to help manage the main symptoms of menopause. These can include hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, and low mood.

Many women feel isolated and alone when they go through menopause. Menopause Yoga™  provides workshops that are safe, supported spaces for women to share their experiences with other women.

The workshops are the creation of Menopause Yoga™  founder Petra Coveney, and in February 2022 I qualified to teach Menopause Yoga™ by completing Petra’s Teacher Training.  

 

I’m accredited, not as an “expert” in menopause, but as a yoga teacher and guide, holding MY workshops to help and support woman who like myself are on their menopause journey.
