Through my own yoga journey spanning over 20 years I have become more aware of the incredible health and wellbeing benefits yoga can give to everyone, and welcome all abilities and fitness levels to my classes!

In my personal experience, I would not be able to cope with a chronic illness and, lately, countless menopause symptoms if I did not practice yoga on a regular basis to keep my mind and body in check.

​

I decided I wanted to share these benefits with others and completed my Teacher Training with Julie Montague @ Wholeself Yoga. I am now a Yoga Alliance accredited 200hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I subsequently have qualified to teach Yin Yoga and Menopause Yoga workshops, which are also  incorporated into my weekly classes.
