Ness’s yoga sessions help to start the week on a positive note. My balance has certainly improved and learning the breathing exercises has been invaluable for those times you need to calm and relax.

Ness is a calm, caring teacher who describes all moves very clearly. She allows us to go at our own pace, giving us challenging and softer options for all poses.
